I don't know what CIC NDVO is doing no update/ No news from them. I changed my flight ticket and got extension from my employer but I have no idea when I will get my passport back.

I sent an email to CIC but no reply....it is really frustration now.......

We received your application for permanent residence on May xxx, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June xxx, 2011 to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November xxx, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

Any comments?

My caips has 'Microlocator' in this:

PAPER FILE SENT TO: MAY FILE BF'D TO: EVI ON 23-01-2012 MICROLOCATOR:

Does it mean my file is currently with 'May', and it will be sent to 'EVI' for microfilming?
or does it mean my paper file is with 'MAY" and 'EVI' will review it from filmed documents??

As per member 'jnathan', microlocator is like freezer. So am afraid if my case will get stuck.
Do i have to worry? Its already 6 months since i sent my pp to ndvo

Also I have a line entered in my caips 'RFV Check'
Now what does this mean?

Also what is meant by 'file sent to ecu through registry staff?'

I know that for carrying goods we need to fill form b4. But is it possible that we dont take much luggage during first trip as we are planning to go for only 15 days or so initially???

And what if we plan to take goods on our 2nd trip? Do we need to fill B4 again??? or do we need to mention it in 'Goods to follow list' in our first trip?

Yes, try to mention as many as goods possible in your list when u enter into canada for the first time; remember that you may not bring all the goods later .

Guys no news yet, I don't know what to tell my employer. I sent 3 emails to CIC New Delhi but no news or update from them. I don't know now what to do? CIC encashed my DD on December 28th 2011.....They have received my medical on 3rd January (As per CIC website)......just tired of waiting for this now.
