I dont have xceptional Profile as of now Mead

Now, The thing is i am not inclined to technical stuff- Research oriented ..and even Course Based Masters are Projcts/Synopsis and sometimes a ting of Research oriented Subjects.

What u said is correct but i agree to it partially as in that case no 1 would have preferred to go for MBA after some Work Exp in their respective home country. Definitely not only MBA from top notch colleges are having weight-age but also the Mid level universities generate quality level graduates which are ready for job market .of course, here i am not talking about those Univ which dont require Work Ex and GMAT Score and if good ones are asking 16 years of Education, GMAT and Work Ex then I dont think that will put me in difficult situation in terms of job after completing my studies

yes ur right i am not doubting MBA programs they r good ...but when u r looking for a mangement level jobs do u think anyone will offer it to a fresher......I and a team of 7 engineers here manage around 200 people now if u ask me to hire an supervisor do u think i will hire a fresh MBA with no canadian experience.....to me ur no good cause how will i know u can manage lets say 10 people out of those 200.....when i look at resumes i normally look for technical experience if looking for technical supervisor/manager. If i was in financial field i would look for MBA with finance experience. anyways u should decide.....good luck

normally cause of our background(being indian) what we do is do masters in ur field then take 2 -3 years experience then while working do ur MBA .....but if u dont want to be in technical field then tough to answer ur question hence ur position is precarious .....u can try MBA...good thing about research is u can get funding at a later stage if ur good MBA mostly no funding as there is no research involved. Companies /governments fund for research that they can use. ultimately u know urself better than anyone. do ur research go to university websites try canadian job sites and see what type of job r available etc.

i dont know i will be inclined towards MBA.....but i dont know much about engineering management...havent seen many of them running around..lol

lol yes jobs after PG are at a different level....they r not cube dwelling mostly hands on...not for me...

u know what u can do MBA and do volunteer work in ur field while doing MBA that way u may get canadian experience...its a long shot but.....

sorry i dont know about PG diploma....but i think ur again taking easy way out.....thats what u did after BE and took the first readly available job....do what u really like to do or else later on u will face the same problem....want to do something else and got education in something else .....

I could not help as I got campus placed in 2 MNCs here while I was in 3rd year of my Graduation and I could not expect any Electronics core Companies for Campus Visit ...u know very well how the Indian Education system is all about.

So now , yes PG Diploma is easy way out and that is why I have made up my mind for MBA or 2nd option as Masters in Some Suitable/Appropriate course of my Interest...

AUS is a good back up....NZ is a no no.....no technical jobs there ..young people from NZ migrate to AUS for employment....if ur in hotel management or tourism industry then NZ is good

even heard that Management related jobs are also not up to the mark in NZ and Univ in NZ require atleast 3 yrs of Work Ex which i dont have but but Aus is a way expensive and beside, getting PR now or even grabbing a Job after my Course completion is pretty much difficult there ( thats what I inferred after been thru forums n all ) and I think CN has better n flexible Immigration System and its not that much Expensive as Aus
