Well I have more or less same concerns.

I was on 12 months work permit which was open as I came under IEC. I did spend 2-3 months in Vancouver 4 months in Montreal and rest in Waterloo ON. However I was working as contractor all these months being employee of a company in Vancouver.

I did apply for work permit extension under the same company and that was without LMO. Basically for IEC you can get 1.5 year work permit. I got rejected on 1st attempt but approved on second. Meanwhile after 1st rejection I moved out of canada and settled in India again.

Last year I got one more opportunity in Montreal where company applied for LMO For me. I got LMO and work permit. I did land there and stayed there for few days only. I came back to India again as company's financial situations wasn't good. Company offered me working from home country till things get normal on their end.

Meanwhile in April this year I applied for PR under CEC showing 12 months of IEC experience I had. I mentioned that I am staying in India and did apply with help of lawyer who got LMO for me. He is in Montreal.

I didn't apply for BOWP as I was in India and my WP expired this month only.. I resigned for company in Montreal.

So the question is... Will CIC consider me applicant from Quebec and ask me to provide intention to live out side Quebec...? If yes than what proof should I provide

Congrats Gopr !!!! Happy for you... btw did you got your medical request directly or CIC asked you to prove your intention.? Also, when you submitted your application, did you submitted something to explain your intention..?

Hello Kumarv.Thanks No I haven't got any document request before my medical request. when I submitted my application, I did submit some papers to explain my intention to move out of QC after PR.

In this topic, we had discussed about different proofs for the intention to move out of QC that one can submit to CIC.

Congrats Gopr !!!! Happy for you... btw did you got your medical request directly or CIC asked you to prove your intention.? Also, when you submitted your application, did you submitted something to explain your intention..?

Yep, we discussed about the proofs. Did you submitted letter from employer that they would relocate you outside QC after PR ? I'm asking this because i know 3 guys in my company who all are Dec 2013 CEC applicants. One of them recieved the CIC email to prove intention before medical and for other two, they recieved Medicals and RPRF and then they got the intention email from CIC.. Its quite random..

aah ok... Yes I did...But didnt they submit any proofs with their application package? or they submitted the employer letter, and they got this email to prove intention?

Yep, we discussed about the proofs. Did you submitted letter from employer that they would relocate you outside QC after PR ? I'm asking this because i know 3 guys in my company who all are Dec 2013 CEC applicants. One of them recieved the CIC email to prove intention before medical and for other two, they recieved Medicals and RPRF and then they got the intention email from CIC.. Its quite random..

The guy who got intention email before his MR actually did submitted the employer letter with application, he replied to email with updated same employer letter and he got his medicals 3 weeks after his esponse.. The other 2 guys didn't submit emp letters.

Hi, congrats on your MR! I applied from Montreal in April and got AOR in June. I have got an offer from an Ontario university and will move there in December. Is that OK to show the offer letter to CIC to prove my intention if the questioning letter comes? Thanks

Thanks, I believe you can send that letter. But did you attach other proofs along with ur initial application?
And probably you may need to explain why u moving there in December

Thank you for the reply. No, I did not include it within the original application materials since I got the offer a few months after sending out the application. I move to Ontario because the school starts in January, 2015. I hope it makes sense.

Hi Friends,

I am working in Quebec, I landed here on March first week 2014 , I will be having 1600 Hours of work experience in dec '14 and my company can send me back in Jan of Feb. I saw in CIC site that for CEC class the total hours should be 1560 Hours. Can I apply in CEC in January '15 ?

Pls help .. I awaiting for your reply friends.
