Anyone from Montreal got online test invite and/or oath ceremony

Is your oath invite office specific like the test?
when was your AOR and background check date? And when is your PR expiring?

No, the email is not office specific. My AOR was in March 2020, background check was done in late 2021 and my PR card is not expiring until late 2023.

Hello everyone, I'm in a strange situation. It's for my spouse. App sent: Dec 2020, AOR: Mar 2021, Test complete: July 2021. All checks done August 2021. Since then no news from Montreal.
I moved to US and she came here on visitor visa and her PR card is expiring in August 2022. Do I need to apply for PR card renewal? or wait for oath ceremony? Tried to contact IRCC, no news from them. She is willing to travel Canada for her oath if she gets an invitation before expiring PR card but can she apply for passport from US?

I think no PR card is required when driving into Canada from the US. And yes, it is possible to apply for a Canadian passport from the US.

Hi Everyone . I have applied to Citizenship in April 2020 Montreal office , & received AOR on Sept 2020. Until today I have not received a test invite ? i am literally getting desperate. Is there anyone in my situation ? what are my options to get updates ? I would appreciate your advice

Except the test, everything is in progress in tdacker, nothing on ecas
Will be 2years since i applied by end of this month. Will there be a change of office of i move province now?

I just got scheduled for feb 9th. It says it was updated to in progress on Jan 28th, but the update didnt show until today (today is update date, and i also checked yesterday it was nothing. It was the same when i got DM friday, didn’t update until Monday)

Question: I was planning for the Oath on 8th February with 3 laptops for 3 people and my wife asked me these questions, Why they IRCC wants a Small kid (9 years) to be on a separate device to attend the Oath , and why Family applicants need to attend the Oath on seperate devices? I was not thinking about this as i was planning expecting there will be there invitations so, someone metioned about the seating before, probably i got confused.

Anyone have any idea if the family can use one device to complete Oath for all together (couple + 1 child)???

If anyone answered before please share me thier experience. Thank you in advcance .

Finally received my GCMS notes and the status application is open. All checks completed and still the application status is in progress. Waiting for Oath from July 2021

i just got a bit over a Weeks notice that I’m scheduled for an oath next week. So I’m pretty sure your wife will probably be in that same situation next month so that they don’t have to apply for a new background check for her
