Anyone from Montreal got online test invite and/or oath ceremony

Do they ask you personally to cite the oath? what process do they go through individually?
I received an oath invite on the new portal (no email yet) today. The oath ceremony is scheduled on Oct 13, 2021. I applied here in Montreal and have been here for the last 11 years. I, as everybody else, know the frustration of the long wait. My full timeline is below for your reference. I had 3 short trips to the US only during the eligibility period. Given the recent updates from other applicants, I think Montreal office started scheduling oaths.
Applicants sent: March 16th, 2020.
Application received: March 20th, 2020.
AOR: October 21st, 2020.
Background check completed: March 18th, 2021.
Test invite: April 23rd, 2021.
Test completed (20/20): May 7th, 2020.
Physical presence completed: July 20th, 2021.
Prohibition completed: July 20th, 2021.
Language skills completed: July 20th 2021.
DM (old tracker ecas): July 21st, 2021.

Oath Ceremony date: October 13th, 2021.

That is CRAZY small, no wonder it's taking them ages to clear this out. I get that, in person, 2 hours would be the norm, but given the constraints of doing it online, one would assume that some degree of ceremony can be streamlined to expedite more people..
Given either 30 or 100, I don't see any /logistical/ reason why they couldn't do 30-100 in a given oath ceremony and do at least 3-4 a day, given that each one takes a couple of hours to process (cf - my previous point of streamlining the ceremonies in the time of COVID)

Waiting is really frustrating tomorrow will mark 2 months since i passed the exam, Dec 2020 applicant, not sure if this will work but asked CBC Montreal to talk about it and they need people who applied since long time ago to give their story and the horrrrrrrrrrrrrible experience with IRCC, which cost more money sometimes for people who wants to renew PR and bad experience over the phone. if someone is interested let me know in a private message or they can contact CBC Montreal directly over Facebook messenger as they are interested to talk about this horrible experience, i know this may not do anything but will le them know that this is happening and the gov needs to do something about IRCC failure.

The pace of oaths is increasing in Montreal recently based on the message on different forums / facebook groups. I saw at least 4 different dates for the first week of October (4th, 5th, 6th and 8th).
And it correlates way more with the AOR than DM... A majority of applicants that received an invite recently have an AOR in August or September 2020, only if your application is smooth (meaning no test rescheduled, non-routine, fingerprint, etc).

I feel your pain and I unfortunately, there is a chance that you still have a few more months to wait...
I passed my test almost 6 month ago and based on the different spreadsheets / forums, a few people that did their test in February and are still waiting. I'm a June 2020 applicant and I feel lucky when I'm comparing my dates to other applicants. A lot of people here have applied in 2019. I don't want to demoralize you, I just hope that you will not have to wait as much as most of the people here.
