I will do! I'll let you know how it goes once I'm done. Your invite should come through soon too. My tracker status still doesn't show anything about the oath yet, so don't worry if yours doesn't show yet either.
Thanks for positive energy.my ceremony is on 3 March.

Just finished my oath ceremony (virtual) I am officially a Canadian!

Edit: I also got told I can pick up my certificate on February 13th, the office is only 5 minutes from where I work so I can do it on my lunch hour rather than wait for the mail

Congratulations. Just quick question.. do you know how to choose our ceremony in person or virtual? Because I see some applicants in Montreal go in person some applicant like you continue with virtual. My ceremony is on 3 March . I have no clue how to choose

Congrats! And thanks for the heads up about picking up the certificate! It's also only 2 blocks from my office, so I will chose that option too!

Hi guys, I just let you know a great and important thing regarding your ceremony scheduled.. I could get , if your ceremony schedule will be for any Friday, so it means you will go in person. If your ceremony schedule will be between Monday and Thursday, your ceremony goes in virtual.

I just recieved an email formally letting me know I can pick up the certificate on February 13th, it states if you do not / cannot collect it in person then it will be mailed and it takes 4-6 weeks

Officially a citizen! Gee the zoom was long though, lots of waiting around with people who didn't know how to mute themselves.
I can go pick my certificate up in person on the 15th, and the clerk told me to turn around and go straight back in to get the passport done as I want to travel for the first weekend in March.

May not be true for all locations. You can check the below link and they have in person scheduled for other days too.

Thanks to clarify. My schedule ceremony is on 3 March on Friday, I didn’t receive letter yet.. u mean I can find out with that link, my ceremony is in person or virtual?
At a high level it's good to know about in person ceremony from this link but the best is to rely on the email. For 3 Mar its currently showing in person only for Scarborough but there could be others which may get updated later. Still most of the ceremonies are virtual only.
