Anyone from Montreal got online test invite and/or oath ceremony

Not a single July/Aug 2021 tracker spreadsheet applicant has DM from the MTL office - hopefully something in the next few weeks.

Do you think it can make any diff if we ask for help from an MP here in Mtl ?

My MP is the leader of the Bloc Quebecois- not sure if that makes him more or less likely to intervene.

I got a request for my passport pages last week that did not come from the Montreal office. Not sure if parts of my application are being handled in another province. I have not applied for the notes on my case.

Oh, interesting to see that other offices are doing parts of the app. I had attached my full passport scans when applying, so I won't get that, but I have applied for notes last month - should get them next week or so. Will share insights (if any) here.

Did it ask for full scans? I can't remember. I wish I had done them from the outset. I will be annoyed if this delays things- esp since I have no stamps in my passport.

Looking forward to any info you get from the notes.

Not to worry. The online app doesn't ask for the full scans - I only uploaded them in the "extra docs" section at the end. The main app only needs the bio pages.

Update on spouse's online application: DM (July 20)! (Everything but Oath marked complete).

Timeline and LVO are identical to mine (mine are in signature below) with one difference: she took the test on May 2 (marked complete on May 3, BGC marked complete Apr 4). Rest all is the same. Another notable difference from a profile standpoint is that she has no travels since landing (maybe that's why faster than mine even with a later test date).

No update for me since I completed the Test on May 2, Ordered GCMS notes a month ago and not update...MTL office is slower than a sloth.

Congrats! Almost a year, but that was during the middle of the pandemic when you applied, So we all hope that waiting time will be a lot less for the rest.

Next week, it will be 9 months since my last update Only background and test is done, rest in progress. Two weeks ago IRCC replied to me (after a month) telling me we can't give you any more info more than it shows online.

Update for spouse: Jul 27, 2022 - Oath Date now provided for Aug 17, 2022 (Timeline same as mine with minor differences in test and DM dates)
