Anyone from Montreal got online test invite and/or oath ceremony

Today, I sent an email to the Montreal office and an hour ago, I contacted the client support center via phone. The agent confirmed that my email was received by the Montreal office and they approved my request for an urgent oath. the approval was becouse my application had been in process for over 27 months, and btw decision was made back on 8th of march.

Customer service are useless as usual why they bother paying them if everything is online.
I called them today and I told her that my application been in progress for 32 months and i am waiting for the oath invitation since March 8, and she told me the processing time is 22 months!!! they don't even listen to what you are saying.

it show "In Process", not In Progress?? for me, all turned green Feb 2023, until April 2023, it changed Decision made and invite The Oath, but my ceremony was canceled due the strike.

Feb 27, 2023 - LPP completed
Apr 18, 2023 - Scheduled for Citizenship oath (April 25 - cancelled due to strike )
May 3, 2023 - Scheduled for Citizenship oath (May 8)
May 8, 2023 - Oath

Congratulations! Could you please let me know if you had an option to pick up your citizenship certificate in person?

Ceremony finally changed to in progress today! I'm scheduled for May 26th. (Timeline is in my bio.) Montreal office is alive so I hope you guys hear something soon!
