Anyone from Mexico waiting Study Permit?

Hello everyone!
I applied 22nd of July for Study Permit from Mexico for September Intake. The processing time it says 2 weeks but is almost 2 months and my course started August 31st. I contacted CIC and all I have been told js to be patient and wait. Is anyone in similar situation?

I applied from the US, its almost 8 weeks, its a PhD program and it starts on Monday the 11th. When I applied it was 4 weeks to process. Still waiting for a decision.
 
The thing is... I didnt pass the TOFL so I had the LOA but they asked me to do an EAP (english for academic reasons). I applied and send the two letters, the english course started 29th of august and the degree in Niagara College was for January intake. Don't have any updates so far and i am feeling desesperated. I wrote them and email 2 months ago and they asked me to keep waiting. Now don't know what to do, if the answer would be negative, why are they taking so long? They don't let me moving forward with my live.
