I honestly don´t know exactly, I've been folowing the track it cases but for what I've seen the waiting time is not even and is all different from case to case, and recently for the FSW they increase from 13 to 15 months of processing in the official site, so I guess we all have to keep waiting for someone among us to have news.

I just received my PER from the CIO ! They'll send my case to the Visa Office in Mexico!! So it's moving on...

As i mentioned before I have been waiting for RBVO almost for 60 day and nothing.... So i decided to email them and ask they send me these:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Your application # is xxxxxxxxxx. It is currently awaiting review by an officer.
No letter has been sent. Notification will be sent upon completion of the assessment of the file. It will be sent via the e-mail address on your application.
The online system (E-CAS) is a computer system that automatically updates during key periods throughout the creation and assessment of your file. However, at times the information that is transferred to the E-CAS system is erroneous. This issue has been brought to the attention of the appropriate party.
Thank you for your patience.
