Your education must be assessed by authorized centres.

Create user ID and password in any of the listed organizations. Provide your educational details as per the records and other details as listed.
If you opted, for example WES
http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/, login with your credentials and opt for international courier for payment and proceed for transaction.
Once the transaction is done, you will receive a reference number and confirmation mail.
Take the printout of this confirmation mail and along with your transcripts (in a sealed envelope; make sure the envelope is sealed properly, otherwise WES will not accept your application) and photocopy of convocation (photocopy of passport in case if your applying for your spouse ECA) in an enevleope and write the Reference Number on the envelope and send it through any of the international courier services.
This reference number will be used for further follow-ups with WES.
Track your shipment through the hub number provided by courier service. Once it is delivered, using your account details, you can know the application status.
