Skilled worker program is the title of the program but its comes under different prov. Quebec or in Federal.

For Quebec..but actualy it doesn't matter the process is almost the same.

process is the same for all countries... nothing differences in process just visa offices are located at difference places and the time frame of the visa office is different. all rules, forms related immigrations under skilled workers are the same for everyone.

education points , work experience points age all rules are same, even I studied in italy and got italian master degree from Poli milano university, its covered same points which person get master degree from USA canada uk or elsewhere in any local languages. I translate my degree certificate in english and submitted, its valid and got points too.
I can not access msn at work, I am little free at work so help here in this forum, you can create post and I will sure reply.
dont think that you are in greece so your education points etc are different then others.

I finish the third grade of technical high school as a computer programmer and then I went again to the second grade of technical high school for another 2 years and I got my plumbing diploma. In wich level of education Am I and how many points ?

how many years of Diploma you got with schooling? can you tell me total years , and remember you are Diploma so you can not get points for Bachelor degree holders get.
so, it should be below 21points. first let me know total years of your education in this format (all schooling + diploma = total years) or elementary school + higher secondary or technical school + diploma = total years.
in same format you have to write down in forms too.

this will for Qubec and FSW (federal) too.

if you obtain Diploma for 2years from university then 20points. otherwise 15points if diploma is not from university. because politechnical schools are not university. Diploma from politechnical university holders will get 20 points only.
