there is a problem.... this is confirmed as I asked about the same during my telephonic interview from New Delhi CHC on 22nd Aug 2013.

But CHC still has no guidelines for next steps as of now .... they for some reason are unable to refuse visas nor are able to approve CMJ pending cases....

why not go through my thread where you will find few more CMJ applicants including 1 from Mumbai.... her name is artiSolanki
