I am from Madurai and My name is Balaji. I am waiting for U Ottawa decision for Jan 2013. I am afraid there is less time for VISA processing !!!
@balaji yes there is less time, but u can manage to apply for visa if you can get your offer letter, pay the tuition fee and do the medical before the 22nd of November. because 31st of november will be the last date for visa application if you are going for jan intake.
remember to ask you university people to send your offer letter and payment receipt through courier and not through ordinary post !
also remember to ask them to send a scanned copy of each via email. it will fasten your processing.

I am from Chennai too. I have applied to a few universities for winter 2013 , so far none of them have replied. If i start all the visa work say mid nov , will it be too late ??? will i get the visa in time b4 classes start ? because i read on the checklist we should submit atleast 3 months before the start of the class , but no replies so far , so i dont know how long to wait.

I got the Offer letter in PDF and my Original is on the Way in DHL. I am thinking to go with Medical Examination this week.
