Anyone faced issue to fill IELTS score in fractions like 6.5..

Online application for quebec sponsor certificate....to fill IELTS score it is not taking decimal values like 6.5 or 7.5 .It is taking only integer values like 6 or 7 or 8 etc. Any one faced same issue. please suggest

Use a coma instead of a dot, that's it. For example, 6,5.

they said if you got 6.9 it means 6

so if you got 5.5 = 5 , 6.5 = 6 , 7 = 7

That is wrong. Instead of . use ,

If you use , instead of . the application accepts it. And, usage of , instead of . is not something new. It is used in few European countries.
