Anyone ever got rejection for making spouse as accompanying after receiving PNP nomination

Guys I am in a complicated situation -
I am CEC inland . I made spouse as non accompanying in express entry profile to boost points, so I got oinp nomination and I made spouse as accompanying in oinp profile and nomination is approved. Now will it cause a issue that at the time of receiving "Notification of interest(NOI)" my spouse was marked as non accompanying in express entry profile ?
I am thinking to write a mail to oinp and confirm the same. As per few thread here it seems that is perfectly fine but I want to know if there is any known cases of rejection here because of adding spouse after PNP nomination (Provided spouse is marked as accompanying in NOMINATION).

So one can add spouse accompanying during nomination or after getting nomination to non accompanying EE profile? and may be get ITA on next draw as now point will be 600+?

Correct, this is perfectly legal. Atleast seems like - all my stages are passed, waiting for COPR
 
Hi guys.
Looking for guidance here.
I have received my OINP today. I'm planning to submit my documents by Sept 2021. And wishes to add my spouse in Dec after marriage
(I'm getting married in Dec 2021)

So I have to send an email to OINP to confirm the addition of spouse as well as open a CSE to CIC on addition of spouse . Is that correct or am I missing something?
