Anyone ever got PR while both the husband and wife living outside of canada

I want to know anyone have ever got PR when both the husband and wife are living outside of canada. Wife is a Canadian Citizen and we both are living in Pakistan

but how to convince the visa officer that we will go back after getting PR and where are we going to live and where we gonna get the money from at the start.

Were the same. Both living in australia. We're sending letters from family saying they know and well help us out, proof of funds in canada, email conversations with realtors and future employers and my wifes uni acceptance, even though she may not do the program now.

like if i get affidavit from my father in law stating he will give us place at his home and we can live in his house for --- period of time, will it work? Also, he's going to take care of us and how much minimum money does he have to show?

He doesnt have to say anything about his income. Just that he kjows youre moving back and that hes happy to put you up while you find a place to live etc.

Remember thats only a little bit of the proof. Because anyone could write that regardless of your true intentions. I know its some time in the future but try and start communicating with potential employers or realtors enquiring about the market and asking questions about opportunities then include all of it as evidence.

Book a refundable plane ticket or make a reservation at a hotel or air bnb for when you think uoull areive. You can always cancel and get refunds.

We havent done that the later but will soon so if cic are asking for more proof well send them that.
