Looking to check if anyone else's application(s) are "In Progress" since 2020.

I have sent several enquiries via web form but no response received yet.

You should reapply through the new portal.

No point in waiting since 2020. Just reapply. Looks like IRCC is processing only new portal applications filed recently. Not seeing any gckey applicants receiving updates.
