Anyone else received this email after applying for PEQ?

So I applied for PEQ in early June, received the letter acknowledging my app in late July. Then this week I received an email saying they’ve reviewed my app and is now examining my docs. I still have yet to receive the value test link. Is this normal? Or is it an indication of me getting an interview in the future?

I guess you received a verification letter. You maybe interviewed.
- What's your nationality?
- What did you submit for french language proficiency?
- Did you apply as student or worker?
- If worker, is your experience more than 52 weeks full time and you currently hold the job with same employer?

Thanks for the reply. I’m Chinese and I used a recognized course from McGill to apply as student.

Okay. Prepare for the interview. You will pass. Just that your total time maybe around 6-7 months.
