Anyone else having trouble printing out the family information form? When I print it it shows the page if you open the file with your browser and not

I want to print out so I can sign it by hand, because the file doesn't allow me to type on the signature field.

It print out this:

I just put the date and left it like this and uploaded it. I read somewhere that I shouldn't sign it. They had some electronic signature in the next step.
