I am having the same issue..using chrome
 
Used Safari, Chrome, Firefox also incognito/private modes, same error.

I notified CIC through their online feedback portal. Hope they don't reply in 20 days like they did last time, my deadline is in 10!

Yep I've used FireFox and Chrome and having exactly the same issue. My deadline is in 9 days and I was going to upload everything today.... >:(
 
Still not working. Does someone know if this is something that happens quite often? And does it usually get fixed right away? Really wanted to upload my files today...
 
Having same issue. Tried multiple browsers and multiple machines but of no use. Called CIC help desk and they said their is no technical issues right now. Any one got success in uploading?
 
Hi all,

I think the issue seems to be fixed. I just tried uploading my Proof of Relationship and it went ok.

Hope it stays like this and it works for all of you too!
 
I was able to upload too. On and off, sometimes the whole page gives error when I enter application. Canada needs me in their CIC IT department!
