Anyone DM refused, received positive response against reconsideration request letter?

I start this topic to prove that the cic had planned to huge amount through bogus fast immigration plan to strengthen their economy and now they are refusing people on baseless ground.
There would be no single applicant whose reconsideration request was considered.

CIC ARE NOT LIARS. IT IS JUST ONUS OF PROVING ELIGIBILITY LIES WITH THE APPLICANT. YOU EFFORT HAS TO BE MORE THAN 100% AND THEN RELIANCE ON ALLAH. EVERY VISA DECISION MADE BY VISA OFFICERS ARE AUDITED. SO VISA OFFICERS HAVE TO BE CERTAIN ON EVERY CASE. PLEASE DONT MOAN AND PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE NEXT TIME WITH MORE CARE PREPARATION........THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE IN THE QUEUE AND YOU HAVE TO STAND OUT.

Hello everyone, I just have a question. My pr application online status was changed to decision made, and I received refusal letter. But ask for reconsideration and they requested additional documents. But some status still decision made for almost 3 months now when I submitted the documents they needed.
