Dude its not same according to the abbreviations beacuse study plans is SP and Statement of Purpose is SOP..exp7 said:
If he wants to knw about study plan rather than SOP then he should have mentioned it via study plan..

he didn't say study plan . he added OF in between study plan which was study of plan means to make a plan first and then study it.exp7 said:

Guys,
Please try to help fellow mates instead of spending time teasing their Ignorance.
Obviously we all would have raised similar questions without proper knowledge and none of the experts teased us for our ignorance, instead they corrected us with apt information.
All you need to make sure before completing a study plan will be the same as below:
Convince VO that your intention is not about getting PR but only to gain international exposure and similar things.
Make him understand that you will return to your country once you complete this degree.
Why you wanted to pursue this program?
Why this college?
Why canada?
If you academic scores are low then state an example that you have taken some measures recently to overcome it.
If you are changing your field completely then you also state the reason clearly.
Discuss about educational background as well.
These are just few points that came to my mind.
