i got LOA acceptance i m just wondering classes starts in Jan 2012
can CHC-I issue the visa in two months?

well... f u r from Pakistan then let me know about two things i'll guide u about it in detail:

1) which course u have applied for?
2) whats ur previous qualification?
3) when are u planning to apply?
4) wat about ur IELTS?

simple..yes they can provided if you have all necessary documents to support your visa application. normally it takes around 8 too 9 weeks but it depends on VISA officer. So if you apply today then chances are you will get the answer by middle of december
