Anyone applying from Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi for a study permit?

My friend and I are going to apply this week for the study permit, if anyone who has got a study permit and is willing to help me out with some few details please provide me a method to contact you.Furthermore, please describe how and when you applied for the study permit, even if you haven't applied in UAE, it's fine i just need your help. I'm not sure if the funds available for my stay should be the overall money my dad has or the amount he specifically provide me like 10k$ for living
