Anyone applying for M-Eng in ryerson, Carleton university for fall 2017

Working in Tcs for bank of America project for more than 2.8 years.
What are my chances of admission for M-Eng in Electrical and Computer programme.
Also, is there any benefit of applying early. As I have already applied in November 2016

Carleton is a good university for Mechanical and Aerospace. They don't have a reputed electrical masters degree.

Ryerson lost its reputation a while ago.
