Anyone applying for Jan 2016 intake?

I am applying to Qubec. I am still waiting for my CAQ to arrive. Could someone tell me how long does the CAQ takes to arrive and then the visa time from Abu Dhabi?

Any help on this part - I have answered YES in the Eligibility questionnaire and when the checklist show up, it includes this document - Document: Evidence of Work Requirement in Study
You must provide a letter or curriculum from your educational institution stating that work is a necessary requirement for the completion of your studies.

I am just enrolling for a 2 yrs course but not sure if I should put NO?
