anyone applying for colleges or universities in quebec?

Hi can anyone tell me about the colleges in quebec?
I am thinking of applying for the 2 year pre-university health science diploma program.
colleges in my list are dawson,marianopolis,vanier and john abbott.
i have a bsc chemistry honours degree from hansraj college.

Does quebec also have the same - 2years study = 3year pgwp ??
