Is that pasport dispached from embessy to vfs
OR
VFS to our visa representative office?

I applied on 29 for IBM PG course and my visa got refused on 31. and the reason behind it is Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

my qualification is
10th 62%
12th 54%
B.tech Chemical engineering with 62%
IELTS over all 6 not less than 5.5

please suggest me now which course i have to take???

Passport is in way. I will update as soon as i get. My consultant said courier arrive at 1pm.
