anyone applied study permit in montreal,quebec

You applied for May? I applied for this September, so I am quite anxious now.
And I applied in first of June and already one and half months elapsed?
Is it that slow in paper applications? I had no choice of online application,
so had to apply via paper.
Is there any difference in visa processing time between paper and online systems?

you applied for study permit or still waiting for offer letter?
how you applied by yourself of via some consultant?

I applied for October ..
Yes I think that paper application is kinda slower than online

I received a msg regarding 250 dollars deduction. Now what next i need to do.
Does it mean I will get an offer letter. CAN-AM SAID IT TAKES 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE IT. ALSO WHEN SHOULD I START MY PROCESS FOR MAY 2019
