Yes me. I applied online on 4th March 2016 without medicals. Got medical call in 6th March 2016 and passed medicals updated on CIC on 11th April. After then my status is open and no changes yet. When CIC asks for medicals is it somehow closer in getting a visa? As i received medical call in only 2 days so in a doubt.
