Anyone applied on 20 july and got approval???

Paper application submitted at NDVO on 20th July
Review of eligibility started on 5th Sep
Approved on 7th Sep

I am Canadian PR holder and application was submitted for my father and mother to visit Canada.

I guess they do !!!..my paper application review started Friday 25th may evening.. approval & dispatch on tuesday both on 29th may....but visa date is 26th may.(saturday)
For paper application...status doesn't change till visa sticker pasted on passport & ready for dispatch..so actual approval happens probably a day or two before status changes..
My guess /opinion
