anyone applied in 2013 from SK still waiting for test?

call centre agents said that everything is ok but just wait for test, but now it has been almost 7-8 months since my file staying in local, no news.
 
anyone know why they keep us waiting?

Look at other people in GTA or applied in 2014, got everything done in 6 month! While our files sitting in local office 8 months already.
 
How do you know your file is transferred to local? Is there any way to know that?
 
In Winnipeg, it has been taking over two years to get a test for routine applications.

No news today, that means no tests scheduled in Sep.
Last test scheduled was in April, 5 months without a test?
