Anyone applied for TRV from Chandigarh in august?

My parents applied on August 23rd and it's still in process. They have opened enquiry too but haven't heard anything.
They have 10 years US visa and multiple entry visa for Canada was expired in 2010.

If they tk around 1 'onth then u surely get visa,if they return ur passport within 15 days then refused

i applied in august , got visa in august , traveled in august and back in sept.There is no such rule that if it takes time visa is approved. have seen visa getting refused after 3 months. my visa was approved in 12 days.
Probably they are making inquiries
