Anyone applied for supervisa in october 2015-- can share timeline

I applied for my mother on 4th Nov,2015. Medical is submitted with application. But no update yet. even medical is not passed.

Where has your mom applied from?

My grandmother applied for supervisa on the 10 of October.
She got the refusal letter about 3 weeks from that date.
The letter says family ties and funds

Come to think of it, those were the same family ties and funds as the last time she came in in 2013.

Where has your mom applied from?

She applied Online. I guess application goes to Chandigarh, India because my mother live in Chandigarh region. I checked online and it says processing time is 23 days for this office. OR I am wrong? Online application processed by an other office??
