Do we need to have the settlement funds stable 6 months before applying ?
Or the balance has to be above settlement fund ?

I have approx 15K - 1K- 3K - 5K - 9K - 12K in the last 6 months statement...is this statement okay to apply ? or i have to wait another 6 months

This statement is okay. I am assuming 15k means 15K CAD etc. Just maintain the balance from now on at the same amount or above what is required as SINP may ask you to send latest statements to make sure you still have funds.
