Lambton is the only college in Canada which processes offer letters immediately. As you applied on 24th march I belive it has been more than 20+ days so I suggest you to ask your agent to send them a reminder so they can process your offer letter or else you can give a call to their International Dept. regarding your application.
You can also mail them on their email, as my friend also mailed them and they processed his application after that.

I emailed yesterday, and within few hours I get the response. They rejected my application. Don't know what's wrong with them.
