Get it from PSK. If your current address is same as in the passport then 5 mins else 21 days

Took me 9 days exact to receive the PCC. This includes the police verification.

Thank you so much for your reply. How do i apply at psk? And i am hoping i will receive ITA soon so can i apply for PCC before i get an ITA?

Go to http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink
Login/Create account and Apply for Police Clearance by taking appointment. Passport centre gives PCCs also which are valid for Express entry

I'm in Chicago. I went to the consulate and they gave me the PCC within a few hours.
