I sent three/four web forms got same answers, Your application is in process. I even mailed consulate still the same reply , as I received from web forms.
Yes but you only did the biometrics on 22nd October, I was meaning that maybe @Saini95 can send a few enquiries that may help get IRCC to process the application if it got stuck at some stage, more like urging them to process the application.
You may mention the study permit submission deadline if your uni/college had one (for my college it is December 11th), anything that would get IRCC to understand your sense of urgency and process your application with priority.
I have already submitted 3/4 webforms, got reply for two that my application is still in process, and waiting for reply for 3rd one, maybe will get a reply back on monday, i don't think webforms helps at all, now i i ha asked my friend who lives in Canada to call and ask ircc about my file, let's see what they tell him.

I got a reply for the 3rdweb form, they sent me the same that application is still in process, also my friend called, they did not disclose any information due to third party and they asked him to put a web form for more information, also my consultant called me up today and asked to visit my doctor who performed the medical and ask him if he has sent the repot to high commission or any mess-up is there, because till now my medical is also not cleared, it is in process, my consultant think that my file might be stuck due to medical, let's see what doctor tells me, i will update you guys
