Please share your views on why the 7th draw closed at 469 CRS score, whereas 6th draw was at 453?

Primarily because number of applicants drawn was only ~900 and lot of people declined ITA's recently due to one or another issue.

I strongly feel they want to keep CRS 450+ or arnd 440, hence they decreased the number of ITAs.. they are gng to stick to it for sometime before dipping into low 400s

If we get 1600+ ITA's and draw is this Friday then I except the cutoff around 445.

If less ITA's or draw next week then can't say

Mine is 445 Canadian Experience Class, I was wondering how do they actually pick people is it down to the score or is there other factors like what program they meet? Do you think it will be this Friday that the next draw will be?

Only one draw has been program specific so far. That was for CEC. All others have been purely based on CRS score.

About the draw, no one can predict. But it has to be either this week or next

It "has" to be when they want! But I bet it will be this friday or saturday too

BEIRUT JOE u may never know how low the score will go...I'm sure when you entered the pool it said you have met the minimum requirements ....so the possibility exists..
Moreover there is a listing how many ita's that they want to give out for each immigration strsamt....will post it now

But i believe even if that was the case still CRS score could be lower than the last time score of 453
