Anybody within Canada has situation like this! Status expired/expiring ???

I came as a student, graduated with 1 year diploma and worked for 1 year on WP after it expires, I got a pre approved LMIA/WP worked on it for few months and then quit it, because it was lower skilled, was not taking me anywhere. applied for PNP on the basis of my 1 year job which was NOC B but no response, for CEC you can apply with in 3 years and its almost gone can't apply under cec because its almost 3 years now, since I completed my 1 year skilled experience.

Now my station is I am in the country and status is expiring soon as well, I went to the consultant and he ask me to apply for study permit again in order to maintain my status and then he will see if he can get me a LMIA or pre appoved LMIA or something else.

Guys I am so frustrated right now, I don't know what should I do, If someone faced any kind of situation like that please advice what I suppose to do ??

Foremost..hope for the best !
Ur hard work not gonna go into waste.
My WP is expiring, along with my PNP nomination on 16th july. just a week left. Moreover they refused my PR application (just pissed off).
I am worried too, but i think worrying not gonna solve my problem, just utilize that time whatever you have to find out solution. What i did is, i sent WP paper application to CIC, as its gonna take 3-4 month and on other side i applied for reconsideration of my PR application as everything was okay. I fulfilled all CIC requirements. Then, i will be on implied status. I know its seems like somewhat invalid, just to protect my status, i did that. Meanwhile we will find out something else and will let you know.
But, if you'll gonna find better option, let me know

Hi,

In your situation, my best advise is, apply for a study permit. So you can legally stay in Canada, Create a new profile for EE and wait for EE to reopen in Nov. You will receive a new NOI, send your documents at the earliest possible, hoping that CIC process your application within 6 months. Once you get your PR approved you can drop the course. This is what my friend did to stay in Canada to avoid being going back to India. In the meantime, if you can get your IELTS score increased you may also have a chance of getting the CEC NOI.

Well, why did you quit your LMIA job?

Get a study permit like the others said.
