Anybody who received PPR from Philippines? How many weeks did you get your PP back?

Hello I recently received my BVL and OPR. However, my background check still says

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Does anyone why they haven't completed the background check yet?

Also, when you sent your passport to vfs. How many days or weeks did it take bago nabalik sa inyo with visa stamp?
