Hi friends,

My time line is here:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 26, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on February 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

I have received 2nd AOR on 10th Aug 2010 and changed RBVO on 12th August 2010.

hi i applied in 21 dec.2010 and v.o recieved in 13 march 2011 after that there is no update ,status is still same what u suggest any body guide me my visa office is london and code 3131

next month on 13th i will complete six months, i am planning to contact my vo for sure, lets see how things move on !!

Ritu,
I applied for CAIPS note last month. 2 days before, i got reply from them. It seems that they count one year timeline for completion of medical from the date of issuing 1st letter from CIO. In my 31 pages note, only information i got that, their estimated last date of completion of my medical is 24th Feb 2012. My 1st letter was issued by CIO on 25th Feb 2011. So, back calculating from that time, i must receive MR on or before 24th December, 2011. Now this is the new hope for waiting more. Lets share, if you have any further update....

I applied on 31-12-2010. NOC 7241. Status RBVO since 04-04-2011. VO is london. Sent an e-mail last month and got the reply after few days saying my file is with an officer waiting for a review.I don't know how long this review is going to take? Just waiting and waiting.

Sansan,

Where is ur visa office ? Usually it takes 2 weeks to get letters from visa office. Normally, "Decision Made" before Medical, results rejection. Sometimes this msg is shown due system error. So wait for the letter and track ur local post office so that u get the letter without missing.. Hope all the best for you. May the msg be floated due to error.

I have not recd any request for MR, and did not rcvd the letter, two weeks alrdy, m applying at Singapore. Looks like rejection case, any ideas how to appeal if rejected.

I also applied for my GCMS notes and in response I found that VO(London) screened my papers and they given me 70 points and senior officer to review the screening. Next due date is 10th November and file due date is 27th February 2012 where CIC issued letter on 28th February 2011.
So best of your knowledge can you please say something about my file.

Hi Biborno,
So far i can understand, you should get MR latest by mid December. Same calculation for me. My file due date is also 24th Feb 2012. As they are committed to complete the process within 1 year, they must complete the process of ur file from their end by 27th Feb 2012. So dont worry. Anytime u may get MR hopefully by November'11.
