my name is hargobind singh,
in 2014, i applied for ukraine study visa for mbbs but i didn’t went there due some circumstances and applied again in 2016 . Unfortunately second time due to financial issues i didn’t go there . Now , i got six each bands and applying for canada . i have a thread about those recent visas.

Hey brother
You have to mention them in the application form
1st it won’t matter because you applied in 2014 and 2016 so it won’t show that you are desperate for Canada.
2nd if you were denied the ukraine visa on the basis of financial stability or any other rather than criminal activity,
Depending on your academic background You are good to go
