Anybody knows how long take ARC for processing in mexico

Hi everyone!! I wonder if any of you have any information about the ARC processing time.by your own experience. And if you sent your application to the visa office in Mexico, if they do give any sign about it if they received the application or any thing of the kind. Because I have sent emails to the then and I never heard back from. It has been almost 6 months so far

They ask for arc letter only but no fee yet anyone can tell me please is that normal process
