I note in the Apr2010 list that most of the persons applied under various NOC have started receiving their AOR.
except the applicants under 0711.
Is it because 0711 has been deleted in the new list?
Please share your thoughts.

I had consulted few persons about this. I think there is no effect on applications which were recived on or before 25-06-2010. Now they are taking about 2-1/4 mnths for AOR from Nova Scotia.
