Down anybody got updates who applied to chc newdelhi under general category?

guys i hope you know my case.. i applied on 12th nov,2012 for jan 2013 intake.. after 45 working days i received a letter from chc(New Delhi) concerning my educational documents ,they asked me to make any representations and i submitted them a letter from my university along with the attested transcripts and pathetically completed another 46 working days without any result.. I sneer all the time reading posts from many of the friends in the forum who were worried about the delay in processing.

I applied visa under spp but got rejection and my agent filled caips to get the exact reason for rejection.
Q: Mean while shall I apply for refund for tuition fees and GIC ?

Please help

If you are going to reapply for next intake than don't apply for refund or gic. If you are going to change the college than get the refund. You can just transfer the same gic for next intake. Because transferring money again will cost you more currency transfer fees.

Sad news from this end.....today I got a call from my consultant and she told me that my Visa application has been denied... BUT, Noworries who's interested in going lol........ will manage my father's business once again ....same old....same old.... hehe .....wanted to go to Canada to expand our business network.......but I think will do it after few years time now..... .....BEST OF LUCK TO U ALL who are waiting for their VISAS..........
