i think so SOP having worth but not as we consider it,just you should write the worth of your admitted programe to VO at your country,and assure him that you will come back afetr completion of your study,and if possible praised his Country that canada is best country and write that it has its eminent image in the world note down its multi cultrism bot try toi make SOP at least 1.5 page it will be prefferd if of 1 page.
