Thanks DocRZ... you've been so helpful throughout :) You know what.. I've started worrying as they have not given me the official LOA yet :(

@Divyazabi: I'm glad I was of help. How long does your country process student visa? I think you can try applying for visa using a scanned copy from USask if there's any delay in the arrival of your LOA... of course, only when the visa processing is more than 3 months... :) My application for a visa is a stressful waiting game. Haven't heard from the embassy since I applied 30 days ago... Hopefully I'll get a notification from them soon. Good luck!

bound to Saskatchewan also.. Regina:)

Sorry for my tardy response DocRZ... It would take anywhere between 14 and 21 days from my country once after VISA is applied. I still did not even get any email as such to use it as a proof of admission. All I know is that the Vice Chair accepted me and hence the Program Administrator asked for my documents to process my application..

Im still worried!

I hope you will get the VISA very soon.. it's been long since you applied right.

@Divyazabi: Having your nearest embassy process visa application in 2-3 weeks is a good thing on your part. Despite a delay in your LOA, you still have enough time to process it. Manila Visa Office processes stident visa on an average 13 weeks. It's been 35 days since I applied and still no sign of my application going forward. Maybe you can call or email the Vice-Chair of Administrator of your graduate program to double check on the LOA.
