Anybody from Old CEC did not receive the fake RPRF request come here

I am Sep 5 applicant and I left Canada in Feb 2015. Since most waiting applicants got this request , I fell nervous and would like to know if it could be any indication that I need to wait longer.

I got my MR last week and did not get the RPRF email today, I wouldn't worry.

My guess is that they send this email in alphabetic order.
We can test this:
My family name starts with R and I did not receive it.

I didn't receive it, my last name starts with an A. I had MR last June and paid rprf upfront in December. I'm an October applicant! My GCMS notes should arrive in 2 weeks or so...
